Low Fat Diet Ideas - Low Calorie Diets to Keep Your Weight and Waistline Under Control

All of us want to look slim & fit. In order to maintain that low waist & balanced weight, we try so many diets & exercises. But if we stick to healthy living with balanced eating habits there is no chance for the problem to be cropped up again.
Here are some low calorie diet tips to keep you weight & waist line under control:
· Have your meals on time and never skip them.
· Take 6 short meals in place of 2 major ones.
· Drink at least 10 glasses of pure spring water every day.
· Exercise for at least 30 minutes daily. Doing moderate intensity exercises or simply brisk walking would also help.
· The best time to exercise is early in the morning or just before you sleep at night.
· Have lots of raw fruits & vegetables and lean proteins in your diet.
· Avoid unsaturated fats, processed foods and high doses of carbohydrates in your diet.
· Keep away from alcohol & smoking.
· Avoid food items like rice, sugar, potatoes, etc.
· Use honey or apples as sweetener.
· Avoid too much of salt.
· Take a glass of warm water with fresh juice of one lemon & 2 spoons of honey, early in the morning.
· In the day time, try taking water with cayenne pepper & maple syrup.
· After a fixed time in the night do not eat. Especially avoid the second meals in the night.
· Do not eat when you are not hungry, just to accompany someone.
· Avoid taking protein rich diet after the mid day.
· Drink anti oxidant rich juices in the morning, especially breakfast. Acai and blue berry are quite good options.
· Avoid aerated drinks, sodas & chocolates.
· Place an exercising cycle in front of the television and keep pedaling as you watch the television.
· Focus on using garlic, turmeric powder & ginger in your food. They add flavor and also help you detox the body and hence lose weight.
